ADVENTURES LUNCH DATE AT THE SCIENCE CENTER
August 19, 2015
A couple weekends ago I took a trip with a friend to the California Science Center. It brought
back so many memories of my childhood. I remember being in awe of the all the interactive
exhibits, that featured everything from inventions to aquariums. It was so nice to come back,
years later and experience it all over again. After a morning of visiting all the exhibits, it was
nice to have lunch at the outdoor courtyard of the Science Center, which overlooked the rose
garden. So beautiful!! It was very convenient for the Science Center to have a food court inside
and I was excited to see that it included a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, which is a touchscreen
soda fountain that features over 100+ unique choices, including exclusive beverages. Secretly
always wishing I was a barista or bartender, it was so much fun to try different brand
combinations and discover which personalized drink would pair perfectly with each of our meals.
I paired my Chinese Chicken Salad, with a custom Coca-Cola Freestyle mix that had Seagram’s
Ginger Ale Vanilla and a splash of Minute Maid Light Lemon Lime. It was so refreshing and
delicious!! My friend decided to pair her burger and fries with Coca-Cola Cherry and a splash of
Sprite. I tried her drink and as a fan of Coca-Cola, this combination was such a fun take on a
classic and was so yummy! More after the break…
Check out the many Coca-Cola Freestyle locations on your next lunch date!
