MY STYLE | MORNING WORKOUT

I love to wake up a little early and start the day with a healthy light meal, like a green juice and oatmeal. Then, I go on my morning run around the Arts District in downtown LA. Taking the time to work out in the morning makes me feel energized and motivated to take on the day. Being from LA, where the weather is never too dramatic, my winter workout style consists of light layers. Here, I wore my favorite outfit. I paired a long sleeve hooded striped top with striped leggings for a subtle mismatched look, along with my go to trainers. What’s your winter workout style?
