One summer night, I forgot to close my windows and awoke to a large bug bite on my leg. I instantly researched a natural bug spray recipe and tried it that night.  It has been working really well for me. I spray it around my windows each night and lightly on my skin.  Here's my current go to bug spray recipe that I wanted to share with everyone.

- Essential Oils (Citronella, Clove, Tea Tree, Eucalyptus, Lavender)
- Natural Witch Hazel
- Distilled Water
- 8 ounce Spray Bottle

1. Fill half the spray bottle with distilled water.
2. Then pour in witch hazel until just below the top of the bottle.
3. Add about 10 drops of each essential oil. Shake well.

I just made one of these using a bike charm instead of an anchor. I'm really pleased with how it turned out. Thanks for the great instructions and especially the step-by-step pictures; they were really helpful.

If you use friendship bracelet cord/string, you might have better luck... Or trying a bigger anchor might work better.
