Materials:
- clear balloon
- colorful confetti
- helium
- balloon string
- silver streamers (optional)
Steps:
Simply add a small amount of colorful confetti into a clear balloon and fill with helium. To make it a little more festive, tie with silver streamers and foil colored balloon string. You can even have the leftover confetti handy to toss at midnight! Enjoy friends!
