Hot Cocoa Ingredients:
- 2 cups confectioner's sugar (powdered sugar)
- 1 cup cocoa
- 2 1/2 cups powered milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- water or milk
Steps:
1. Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Mix together thoroughly.
2. Heat about 5 cups of water or milk (your preference).
3. Pour hot water/milk into your mug, and add the cocoa mixture to your liking. Save the remainder in an airtight container.
I love marshmallows with my cocoa. I made a batch of homemade marshmallows in the last post. You can find it (here). Cut them in smaller pieces or add one large one for a fun touch. Enjoy!

Just wondering if the recipe really calls for 4 1/2 cups powdered sugar or if maybe it was a typo. Still, I love the idea of homemade hot cocoa WITH homemade marshmallows. :)
Happy Holidays,
Chris
Hi Chris! Thanks for the heads up! :) Appreciate it! I changed it to powdered "milk". Happy holidays!
