DIY | Lace Trim Denim Shorts (Part 2)

Lately, denim cut-offs have been on heavy rotation in my daily outfits. I wanted to share one more way you can incorporate lace trim to your denim shorts to give it a summer vibe and is a really fun take on a tuxedo stripe. This one only has two steps. Full tutorial after the break...



Materials:
- denim shorts
- lace trim
 - scissors
- needle and thread or a sewing machine
- Pins

Steps:
1. Cut your lace trim the the length of your short (minus the waistband).  Cut 2.  These will be for the left and right side of your shorts.
2. Pin the cut lace trim on each side seam. Sew in place (either by hand or using a sewing machine).
